This privacy notice also applies to the mobile application John’s Wellness Body Comp (Android package com.johnsrx.app), published on Google Play by Metabolix OS, LLC on behalf of John’s Pharmacy. The app may collect and process account information, body composition/scale readings, and related health metrics to provide the service. That information is handled as described in this Notice and in accordance with applicable law.

Data Retention (Mobile App — John’s Wellness Body Comp)
Account information and body composition/scale readings associated with the John’s Wellness Body Comp mobile app are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or regulatory obligations, or resolve disputes. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your personal information related to the John’s Wellness Body Comp app by emailing healthcare@johnsrx.com (or altenburg@johnsrx.com) with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time as required by applicable law, unless we are required to retain certain information by law.

Patient Data for Practitioners
If you are a patient receiving services through a Practitioner, your use of our Services will be governed by both this Privacy Statement and the privacy policies of your Practitioner. Practitioners are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding patient data.

Use of Cookies and Other Web Technologies
John’s Pharmacy uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your online experience. These tools help us analyze site usage and personalize content. You may adjust cookie preferences or opt out of personalized advertising by following browser settings and third-party opt-out tools.

Communication Preferences
