RefillRx Registration Instructions:
1. Start by clicking on the "Register" button towards the bottom of the page on the left.
2. You must first locate our pharmacy with a pharmacy search. Enter our zip code and the last four digits of our phone number.

You will see our name and photo. Click on "select Pharmacy" to proceed.
3. For the next step, "Authenticating User" you need to use option #2, which allows you to supply patient information.
Enter all your information, including an Rx Number. This can be the RX
Number for any prescription you have on file for us. Click on the
"Search Patient Information" button. This information should be entered
exactly as we have it on file. The system is matching the information
you entered with your information in our system.
4. After your information is matched, you will click on "Final Step" to finish your registration.
5. Create a username and password and type in your email address.
Write down your password for future reference, and click "Complete Registration"
6. Click on the button to log in. You will need to re-enter your password to log in.
7. Once you have logged in, you can
click on the "View My Prescriptions" button in the top right corner of
the page to see your prescription history.
It may take a few minutes to pull up your information. You can click
on the refill box for each prescription you want filled, and scroll to
the bottom of the page to submit your request. |
