PERSONAL SERVICE

At John’s Rx, we strive to provide every one of your residents with the same personal service they would receive if they came into our pharmacy. We work with your staff to ensure residents receive their medication in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. We make sure that any products they receive are the best product suited to their personal needs.

We employ a team of friendly, specialized technicians who are trained to take the time to adequately assist each resident. In addition to our Insurance Specialists and Certified Fitters, we employ the only Certified Pedorthist in the area. Our Pharmacists: John McMullin, RPh, Abe Funk, PharmD, Sam Greer, RPh and Dave Johnston, RPh are available for counseling and help with all prescription and over the counter medications.

Each of your residents has unique needs. We are happy to special order items for residents and customize our service to meet the individual needs of your patients.

CONVENIENT SERVICE

John’s Rx offers services including free daily delivery (multiple times daily as needed), carding medications in a manner that is efficient and accurate for your facility, and medication reviews to help you conform to all state and federal guidelines for surveys. We are also a compounding pharmacy with the ability to customize medications for residents in specially needed situations. We are open Monday through Saturday until 6 pm and offer a pharmacist on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can typically fill and deliver prescriptions with a much shorter wait than our big central fill competitors.

MONEY-SAVING GUARANTEE

We always file insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid claims, saving your residents and staff time and money. We will assist your Medicaid spend down residents and recommend Medicare Part D plans to individuals based on their needs and resources. For your residents that do not have insurance, we always have low cash prices on prescription medication.

Over the years we have chosen to carry the highest quality products available. We proudly carry P.W. Minor, Drew, and Brooks diabetic shoes; MEDI brand compression stockings; and other high quality brand name products. Even when other less expensive options have been presented, we have maintained our commitment to quality by only carrying the brands that we believe in. Not only do we carry quality products, but we stock a wide range of products. In addition to prescription and over the counter medications, we carry ostomy supplies, nebulizers, walkers, wheelchairs, and other durable medical equipment.

DIABETIC SERVICES

We carry a comprehensive stock of diabetic supplies, extra depth shoes, orthotics, blood glucose monitors, test strips, pump supplies, lancets and lancing devices. We always bill private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid to save you and your residents time and money.
